This form is for Community Centers, Public Libraries, Schools, Colleges or Universities interested in hosting a 2026 Year of Math film screening and/or Adult Financial Literacy Session.

Before you start

After you submit the form and your request has been approved, either:

for a film screening, you will receive a link to pay the licensing fee to screen the film you have chosen.
for an Adult Financial Literacy Session, you will receive a link to a state-filtered list of potential session leaders to contact regarding logistics.
